The Repair Process

Step 1: Call us or E-Mail us for a free quotation

To make sure we can give you an accurate quote, you’ll need to provide us with the model of your laptop. If possible visit our workshop for machine check up at no cost or send machine with any preferred courier.







step 2:  Send us your laptop

You can arrange your own courier or drop the unit into our office. Please note, you will receive either a text or an email or a call stating when machine is received. 

step 3: Diagnosis and repair

Once we receive your laptop, we send you an SMS or an email letting you know the machine is safe. We then diagnose the problem and make sure it is as described. If for whatever reason when we receive your laptop the diagnosis is different from the original we will contact you immediately to discuss this with you. If the diagnosis or price has changed we will only go ahead with the repair if you are happy for us to carry out the work. If you give us the green light, we get to work. If for any reason the problem is not solved or you feel it is beyond economical repair, you are only liable for the courier fee. We also keep in touch with you throughout every stage of the repair process so there are no surprise delays or additional charges.



Step 4 :  Returning your laptop

We only ask for payment once the laptop is repaired and offer a range of secure payment methods including Lipa na Mpesa.

When payment is received, we place the laptop back in the most secure packaging and arrange for delivery.
